The Cajun Connection opened it's doors in August 2003.  It is owned and operated by Ernie and Bea Pignona. Ernie worked at various restaurants in and around New Orleans for many years before opening his own restaurant located at the Algiers Ferry Landing before moving to Franklin, North Carolina.

     New Orleans cuisine is how the Cajun Connection came to be. This flavorful food is often thought of as hot and spicy, it's actually about flavor, which is done through proper cooking techniques using herbs, fresh seafood and vegetables.

     All of our dishes are made to order and authentically prepared with just the right amount of herbs and spices for a truly flavorful experience.
